If we remembered that a plastic bag produce a second, the use 10 to 30 minutes and delay in degrading between 100 and 500 years, probably we would encourage reuse not only each and every one of the bags give us but that we would use.
As in Holland, England or India also in Peru should encourage us to say: "I do not use plastic bags ... I care for the environment!".
